In-Home Care Services
We provide our clients with high quality care with a lasting impact. We assist clients suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer’s to prevent unnecessary events (i.e. cooking, driving) that could pose a danger to themselves.
- Light housework including general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, laundry, ironing, & changing bed linens

- Run errands (A guardian needs to be present with client at the home during this service)

- Monitor safety, comfort, and welfare by contacting clients via phone, email, or by making home visits
- Report client concerns or any changes immediately to family
- Update family or friends list of all care activities
- Assist in scheduling doctor appointments
Rehabilitation Assistance
We offer professional, reliable rehabilitation assistance to all of our clients. Our in-home care services take all your specific requests into consideration and guarantee personalized attention in your rehabilitation recovery schedule.
- Provide, prepare meals & run errands while the client focuses on recovery
- Set reminders for medication (We are only able to remind clients to take medications. We
are not able to distribute meds to a client regardless of age and/ or mental or
physical disability) - Maintain a log sheet of exercises and time done for the day
- Assist with rehabilitation exercises, Monitor movements, and safety for clients
- Helping clients walk up and down the stairs, around the house, & outside
- Offer mobility support transferring clients to their beds, wheelchairs, cars, & other seating options
